Three paths. One delivery standard.

Most clients start with a free 60-minute diagnostic. You leave the call with a clear recommendation: a Solution Pack when the problem matches a validated architecture, a Custom Project when it has to be built from scratch, and AI as a Service when there is already AI in production that needs to evolve.

Solution Packs deliver the first result metric in 4 to 8 weeks from project start. Custom Projects, in up to 24 weeks. The first delivery is scoped to produce a measurable outcome in that first cycle, and we agree on the business metric before kickoff.

The client does. Every solution is built inside the client's own AWS account, with full source code, technical documentation, and complete control of the infrastructure delivered at project end. There is no lock-in: the client can run it with an internal team, contract AI as a Service, or move to any other vendor.

Data never leaves the client's infrastructure. We work inside the client's AWS account, with controlled access, auditable logs, and environment isolation. In regulated sectors, the architecture is designed around the applicable requirements such as LGPD, BACEN, and sector rules. The White Box AI principle, which shows exactly which piece of data backs each answer, keeps every decision traceable.

The client decides. In some projects, the solution is handed over to the internal team, including code, documentation, and knowledge transfer. In others, operation continues through AI as a Service: continuous monitoring, model retraining, cost control, and technical evolution aligned with the business roadmap.
